About Sheffield Recruitment Specialists
GET IN TOUCHabout us
Sheffield Recruitment Specialists was founded by Jo Andrews after gaining over 12 years experience in commercial recruitment. At the core of the business is a completely honest approach and a true belief in doing things properly and thoroughly, no cutting corners allowed!
Based in Sheffield and covering Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Chesterfield and nearby surrounding areas, we focus our attention on each role individually to ensure that an excellent service is delivered to all parties involved. Most of our clients are small and medium sized local businesses recruiting in our area. Other clients are larger, with a national network for which our consultants operate on a national basis in other cities including London, Manchester and Birmingham as well as in Wales and Scotland.
We fully appreciate that the people in a business are often what is key to its success and we look to use our extensive local business knowledge and expertise in recruitment to fill positions with the right person, not just any person.

Due Diligence
We assess suppliers and service providers for compliance. We use a risk-based approach to determine assessments and which suppliers and service providers should be assessed. We ensure compliance checks are carried for candidates and verify the identity of each worker and their right to work.
Our consultants comply with all laws and act in accordance with regulations.
