We are assisting a hugely well respected and established law firm to appoint a Head of Commercial Property.
The role will involve providing expert, comprehensive legal advice to individuals and / or companies on a range of specialised legal matters. With at least 8+ years of post-qualified experience you will be able to:
- Manage a diverse caseload.
- Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience.
- Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm.
You will be commercially astute, with the ability to engage with, motivate and nurture a high performing team and / or department to deliver key commercial outcomes.
You will be a leader in your field, well respected by your peers and driven. As a leader, you will set the strategic vision for your team in line with general objectives and will do so by being tenacious, adaptable, through listening, displaying enthusiasm and nurturing of others.
