We are assisting a hugely successful and rapidly expanding tech company to recruit a Customer Success Manager to join it’s team.

The role involves supporting end users of a bespoke system so suitable candidates will have excellent communication skills, the ability to break down complex information into a user friendly format and have patience and empathy,

Full training on the system is provided however the client is looking for applicants with a genuine interest in technology that possess the ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively.

The company can offer great routes for long term progression and this role involves delivering training, building positive customer relationships and looking for opportunities to develop customer accounts.
